The disc air diffuser is an aeration system with mature technology, reliable operation and excellent performance. The disc air diffuser assembly consist of a microporous membrane with integral gasket, diffuser holder, air flow orifice and a retaining device.
The air bubbles size varies from 0.5 mm ~ 1.5 mm depends on the applied air pressure & the installation depth.

When the air passes through, the aerator is compressed by the gas,
and the micropores on the rubber diaphragm expand by themselves,
and the bubbles become smaller by cutting the micropores.

The microporous tube air diffuser is made from high quality EPDM rubber material, and composed of ABS plastic tube and stainless steel clamps. It is reliable with excellent diffusing efficiency, low pressure loss, high oxygen transfer rate, clog free, erosion and corrosion resistance.

The suspended air diffuser is a tubular customized type, based on customers needs, water quality and the application. The material of construction of this type of diffusers can be made from EPDM or Silicone, UPVC Tube and SS304 or SS316 fasteners cables and clamps.
This type of aerator is suspended by cables, with high flexibility in case of maintenance in terms of pulling up and re-submerging.
The frame is made from stainless steel to keep the aerator at the bottom of the pool and to prevent floating effect.
The air supply is normally connected to two ports with Ø32 mm.
